Return Policy
Returning items for store credit is easy! Simply click here to select the items you’d like to return and purchase a discounted shipping label. Be sure to include your name, order number, and email in the package.
Returns must be sent back within 30 days of receiving your order. Eligible items will only be accepted for store credit—no refunds. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags and packaging.
If you opted for free returns at checkout, a free return label will be provided.
Damaged or wrong items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photos.
We do not offer exchanges, but you’ll receive store credit to use for future purchases. Processing your return can take 10-15 business days, or up to 25 days during peak seasons.
Final sale items like sale items, accessories, bags, swimwear, and bodysuits are non-returnable.
Keep your return tracking information, as we require proof of delivery for credits.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
